Meet at Office or Home – Booking Held
Your booking is secured upon receipt of a 50% payment and the venue and time specifications provided by you. Once confirmed, we will provide you with pre-wedding packages that include detailed resources such as suggested dress combinations, trending music selections, and recommended shoot sequences tailored to enhance your experience.

Brainstorming with Creative Director
A WhatsApp group will be established, connecting the couple with our Creative Director for collaborative brainstorming sessions on the pre-wedding concept, song selection, and dance sequences. Moreover, access will be granted to special presentations curated by our team, featuring dress and music recommendations, as well as pre-wedding sequence concepts.

Dress Selction & Suggestion
Once the script is finalized, we’ll curate a selection of dresses for your pre-wedding shoot. A PDF will be shared with you, allowing you to review the outfits in your wardrobe. If any dresses do not meet the requirements, Kangan Films will assist in sourcing additional dresses for rent.

Empanelled Make -Up Artist
Makeup is a deeply personal choice, and brides often have specific preferences. At KANGANFILMS, we have a panel of makeup artists whom we recommend to couples. We advise them to choose wisely after discussing their preferences and budget with the artists. Additionally, we encourage couples to consider bringing their own makeup artist if they have a preferred choice.

At the time of Shoot
During the shoot, the shoot manager and creative director will ensure the pre-wedding shoot proceeds smoothly according to the pre-selected music. The remaining balance payment must be completed before the shoot begins.

Process AFTER SHOOTING HELD
Photo Delivery
Within 15 days of the shoot, photos will be delivered to you online through our client portal url, which can be shared with your friends and family.A pin number will be provided to you to download the images

Photo Delivery
It takes 10 working days to process the pre wedding video. It is recommended that you keep a descent time difference between the function and the pre wedding date. Video will be shared with an online review link in which you can share your comments and edits to the editor.

One Hour Session with Creative Director
Terms & Conditions
- After paying 50% of the booking amount, the remaining balance must be paid before the shoot starts. For outdoor shoots, this balance must be settled before the team leaves the studio. Failure to pay the advance amount on time may result in shoot cancellation or a 5% increase in the overall package cost.
- We would also require one point of contact of a person who can coordinate with the team during the shoot. Additional charges will levy if the shoot extends than the hours for which the team is booked for.
- For any cancellation, before 1 month of the first shoot date, we charge 10% (non refundable token amount) and for less than 1 month of the first shoot date, we charge 30% of that event’s amount. This is non negotiable.
- Travelling and food for outside delhi shoots will be borne by the client. For delhi pre weddings, maximum food bill of Rs 250 per head (one meal only) will be charged additional to the package, and for destination pre wedding, maximum food bill of Rs 250 per head per meal will be charged.
- Travel via flights to be provided for locations beyond 400 kms.
- We employ the best standards for data storage, but still in event of loss or damage of data due to technical fault or natural calamity our liability is limited to the amount quoted for that particular service in that event. If at any event, our team does not reach at the given time by you or leave early, a proportional amount will be refunded from your project amount.
- Customised Invitations are not part of this package even Fonts, colours, and background changes are customisation, can be requested at extra cost. Creating or editing a new design requires story boarding by creative director & senior designer and it takes many iterations and requires extended timelines
- The video timeline is dependent on the receipt of song confirmation. If your album selections, and song selections were on time, your video editing will be given preference. But delay in the steps before, can also delay the video edits.
- Change of hair colour, background, clothes etc is not possible in video.
- If you wish to keep the raw data too, you are also requested to take the raw data at the time of final payment till 7 days of the delivery, after that We will not be able to provide the raw data. If the whole project is not closed within 90 days because of the delay from our side, we would reduce the package amount by 1% per 10 days of delay and vice versa package amount will increase by 1% per 10 days of delay from your end.
- We have the right to publish and communicate the Deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials for promotional and demonstrative purposes. “Written and Produced by KANGANFIILMS ”, together with a copy of our current logo on online & offline.
